Children with complex medical conditions require timely and appropriate palliative care, but identifying when such support is needed can be challenging.

This project involves translating and validating a screening tool designed to help clinicians recognize palliative care needs in pediatric populations. The study examines whether the Hebrew version of the scale is reliable and clinically useful.

A validated screening tool can support earlier identification of needs and improve communication and care planning for children and families.
